By entering the Black Friday Visa Gift Card Promotion ("Promotion"), each participant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and Terms and Conditions.

The Promotion ends:

November 15, 2026 at 6:00 PM Pacific Time

All qualifying book bundle purchases and eligible free entries must be received during the Promotion Period.

Entries received before or after the Promotion Period will not be eligible.

3. ELIGIBILITY

The Promotion is open to:

Legal residents of the United States
Individuals who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry
Individuals who comply with these Official Rules

The Promotion is subject to applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

4. HOW TO ENTER

There are two ways to enter the Promotion.

METHOD 1: QUALIFYING BLACK FRIDAY BOOK BUNDLE PURCHASE

During the Promotion Period, purchase a qualifying:

ONE BUNDLE PURCHASE = ONE ENTRY

Each qualifying bundle purchased during the Promotion Period will receive one entry into the drawing.

For example:

1 bundle purchased = 1 entry

2 bundles purchased = 2 entries

3 bundles purchased = 3 entries

Each qualifying purchase must be successfully completed during the Promotion Period to receive an entry.

METHOD 2: NO PURCHASE NECESSARY FREE ENTRY

No purchase is necessary to enter or win.

To enter without making a purchase:

3. Complete all required information on the form.

4. Review and agree to these Official Rules.

5. Submit the completed form during the Promotion Period.

ONE COMPLETED ELIGIBLE FREE ENTRY FORM = ONE ENTRY

Limit one free entry per eligible individual during the Promotion Period.

No payment or book purchase is required to submit a free entry.

The free entry method will be available during the Promotion Period.

5. TREATMENT OF ELIGIBLE ENTRIES

All eligible entries received through the permitted entry methods will be included in the same random drawing.

A purchase is not required to have an opportunity to win.

The odds of winning depend upon the total number of eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.

6. VISA GIFT CARD PRIZE

ONE WINNER. ONE VISA GIFT CARD.

The value of the Visa Gift Card will be determined by the total number of qualifying Black Friday Holiday Book Bundles sold during the Promotion Period.

1–10 Bundles Sold

One winner receives a $10 Visa Gift Card

11–20 Bundles Sold

One winner receives a $25 Visa Gift Card

21–30 Bundles Sold

One winner receives a $100 Visa Gift Card

These sales thresholds do not represent multiple prizes.

Only one winner and one Visa Gift Card will be awarded.

The value of the prize will correspond to the highest applicable qualifying book-bundle sales threshold achieved by the end of the Promotion Period.

Example

If 24 qualifying book bundles are sold during the Promotion Period, the applicable prize will be:

One $100 Visa Gift Card

One eligible entry will then be randomly selected from all eligible entries received.

7. RANDOM DRAWING

The random drawing will take place on:

NOVEMBER 20, 2026

One eligible entry will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.

The person associated with the randomly selected entry will be considered the potential winner, subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules.

8. ODDS OF WINNING

The odds of winning depend upon the total number of eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.

Only one winner will be selected.

9. WINNER NOTIFICATION & 48-HOUR CLAIM PERIOD

The potential winner will be contacted using the contact information provided with the winning entry.

THE POTENTIAL WINNER WILL HAVE 48 HOURS TO RESPOND AND CLAIM THE PRIZE.

The 48-hour response period begins when the Sponsor sends the winner notification.

If the potential winner:

Does not respond within 48 hours
Cannot be contacted using the information provided
Is determined to be ineligible
Declines the prize
Fails to comply with these Official Rules

the potential winner may forfeit the prize.

If the prize is forfeited, the Sponsor may randomly select an alternate potential winner from the remaining eligible entries.

The alternate potential winner will also be subject to eligibility verification, the 48-hour response requirement, and these Official Rules.

10. WINNER ANNOUNCEMENT

By participating in the Promotion, each entrant agrees that, if selected and verified as the winner, the Sponsor may publicly announce the winner using the winner's:

The verified winner may be announced on:

and Shá Veasley's official social media pages.

The Sponsor will not include the winner's street address, telephone number, or email address in the public winner announcement.

Because publicity rights can vary by jurisdiction, I recommend legal review of this provision before using a winner's information publicly.

11. PRIZE CONDITIONS

The Promotion will award one Visa Gift Card valued at $10, $25, or $100, depending upon the applicable qualifying book-bundle sales threshold achieved during the Promotion Period.

Only one prize will be awarded.

The prize may not be transferred or assigned by the winner.

No cash substitution will be provided except where required by applicable law or as otherwise permitted by the Sponsor under applicable law.

The verified winner is responsible for any applicable taxes or other obligations associated with accepting the prize.

12. ENTRY CONDITIONS

All entries must contain accurate and complete information.

Entries are non-transferable.

Incomplete, fraudulent, automated, duplicated beyond the permitted entry limit, or otherwise ineligible entries may be disqualified.

The Sponsor reserves the right to verify the eligibility and validity of entries before awarding the prize.

Attempts to circumvent the Promotion's entry requirements through false information, multiple identities, automated methods, or other improper means may result in disqualification.

13. GENERAL CONDITIONS

By participating in the Promotion, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the Sponsor's decisions regarding the administration of the Promotion, subject to applicable law.

The Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Promotion if circumstances beyond the Sponsor's reasonable control compromise the integrity, security, fairness, or proper administration of the Promotion, subject to applicable law.

The Promotion is subject to applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

14. PRIVACY

Personal information collected through the Promotion will be used for purposes related to administering the Promotion, including:

Processing eligible entries
Verifying eligibility
Conducting the random drawing
Contacting the potential winner
Awarding the prize

Except for the limited winner announcement described in these Official Rules, personal contact information will not be included in the public winner announcement.

Newsletter subscription should be presented separately from the free-entry requirement.

Newsletter subscription is optional and is not required to enter or win the Promotion.

15. WINNER VERIFICATION

Before receiving the prize, the potential winner may be required to provide information reasonably necessary to verify eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules.

A potential winner will not be considered the verified winner until the Sponsor has confirmed eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules.
